The Gardens

The Gardens is a 410 acre residential village with single and multi family neighborhoods in a garden-like setting.  The Gardens is located at the south east end of Summerlin.  It is minutes from the 215 which circles around Las Vegas for easy access to the valley.

The Gardens Playground

Home of The Nevada Cancer Institute which is a 142,000-square foot four story building. The Gardens Development commenced in 2000 by The Howard Hughes Corporation.

The Gardens Plaza A 300,000 square foot office and retail center. Home of Element, Summerlin's first non-gaming  luxury extended stay hotel.

Parks & Recreation

The Gardens Park An 18.4-acre, oval-shaped central park divided into three distinct areas, each with a different recreational active court games, such as basketball, tennis and sand volleyball. There is a 6500 square foot community center and passive adult area with uses such as gardens, bocce, horseshoes and shuffleboard courts, and large open festival lawn area. clarkcountynv.gov/parks
